1) Describe briefly how you got involved with Empty Arms.
In September 2022, our second child, Lily, died during birth. 2 months after Lily's death, I found Empty Arms. The support groups provided a safe place for me to share my daughter and my grief. In the past 2 years, I have found compassion, solace, hope, and friendship through Empty Arms support groups.
2) What makes you most proud of the work we do/What do you like most about Empty Arms?
It is so important that the groups are facilitated by fellow loss parents - the only people who really understand what you're going through.
3) Share a passion in your life and/or work outside of EABS.
I love to spend time hiking in the Middlesex Fells Reservation with my husband, our two living children, and our dog.
